Hi, welcome to my blog. I decided to write this to share my day to day experience relating to alcoholism, addiction and spirituality - and a bit of humor from time to time.. I have been heroin free for over ten years and alcohol free since August 2006, but I have struggled with spirituality for decades. But seriously, my life is greatly improved since attending AA meetings and re-awakening my spiritual side - hopefully my "stuff" will help others.
